Any products to close my droopy ear piercing?

i never wore huge hoops on my ears but when i look at mine,they are stretched looking and im scarred they are going to rip off!

do you know and tricks,methods,item and ect. to close my ear piercing hole?

i heard using hemorrhoid cream works but i dont think its true.
