Anyone have hemorrhoids BEFORE labor?

I had them in the beginning of my pregnancy because I was extremely constipated and then I also got them while I was pushing. If you already have hemorrhoids and are expecting to deliver soon, I would definitely talk to your doctor about getting the ones you have at least partially treated before you go into labor. I can't speak to how much worse they could possibly get, but the ones I got from pushing were the worst I've ever had...and even though I had a 4th degree tear, the hemorrhoids actually caused me more discomfort afterwards.
