Can too much fiber upset your stomach?
I have a hemorrhoid so ive been trying to eat a lot of fiber to keep my bowel movements in check. What im wondering is if you can have too much fiber? Ive been eating like 8-10 fruits and vegetables each day plus some bread and pasta. If my body is not used to this much fiber, can it actually cause painful bowel movements (like diarrhea)? Im only 20 by the way...

It can if you are not drinking enough water, and for some people their intestine are not use to fiber that are too coarse. For example, some people do okay with brown rice, but are not able to take whole grain oatmeal.
You are eating too much fruits. Fruits contains sugar and too much is going to cause your blood sugar to spike. The recommended daily serving is 5 servings and this is quite enough for an adult. More is not better. Remember that too much of even the good things is a bad thing.
If by vegetables you mean salads, make sure you are washing them thoroughly because germs love to grow on raw vegetables. Wash them even if the packaging say pre-washed.
Make sure your bread and pasta are whole grain.
