Feeling like i'm paralyzed, I really need some opinions please?

So long story short i've been getting these terrible cramps and diarrhea. But after/during going I get really hot and feel like i'm sweating (but im not) and can't move what so ever. The only way I can describe this is by saying I honestly feel paralyzed for about 3-5 mins. It happened once about a month ago and then twice yesterday. I have also recently had a lot of pain and some blood while passing bowel movements, I thought maybe a hemorrhoid but this has really thrown me off.
