Hemorrhoid creams on keloids?
Does anyone know if it would be safe to put hemorrhoid cream (like Preparation H) on keloid scars to reduce the swelling and pain? My keloid scars are from heart surgery 3 years ago.

If you want a good answer call your pharmacist, don't rely on answers from god knows who on here.
The short answer is No. Hemorrhoid cream has not been shown to work on anything besides hemorrhoids. Keloids are non vascular tissues so even theoretically prep H will not work. I'd see a dermatologist or at least your family physician.
