Hemorrhoids question..now what?

Okay so I finally went to the doctor to get it looked at, the on campus health center at the college I'm at, and they said all they could do was look at it and do blood work, they found out I have anemia, and level IV hem...fml right? Ok so now what are my options? I have no health insurance, my dad hasn't had a job since june..so were at the end of the line pretty much, I'm going to the bathroom allot recently for some reason and the whole toilet bowl is covered in blood, I'm using Desitin which is a baby cream, that has helped sum, but I'm going to the bathroom so much and losing so much blood I'm getting dizzy all the time and ended up passing out a few times. I know GO TO THE HOSPITAL DUDE! Well i have no health insurance nor a job, so I pretty much just have to deal with it as it is..so what can I do? I got some fiber powder i started to take to soften it, but now im going to the bathroom so much its all liquid coming out so it doesn't matter..ny suggestions? Sorry if this is graphic..i don't know what to do
