Im havin terrible pain right now with hemorrhoids had them for months in pain should i go to hospital?

im in such pain tried prep h didnt work can they give me painkillers even know it constipates you but in such pain waiting for refurel from dcotor for surgeoun have to wait 3 to 5 days idk what to do in terrible pain
