Feed your kid healthy foods so they dont have to strain to poop! For now use some cream on their tushie.

There are creams but the cheapest way is to put some witch hazel on a cotton ball and place it on the area. Leave it there and change every few hours. It will shrink them.

If the problem continues then see your doctor. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and having enough fibre. Straining won't help

Ok, so you don't get rid of them. You will have them forever unless you have surgery (which would only happen in extreme cases). Sometimes they will shrink, which means you basically don't have them. But when you have a flare up, I would use Tucks, and Prep H religiously until they shrink again. They suck really bad!! Wish you luck!!

I used Prep-H to shrink them and they eventually healed on their own. Yes they can go away! I tried the witch hazel thing and it didn't help at all! Also while you are trying to relieve them, get plenty of fiber and water so you aren't constipated; it makes it worse.
