The top of my penis has a dark batch of color, this is new!!?

2 years ago I was wearing tight jeans ... too tight actually it hurt my testicles too much + i was taking at the same time medicines for Hemorrhoids !! I noticed this dark patch of color on top of my penis about 2 cm x 2 cm . I stopped wearing the jeans but the color did not go away. It is just a color with no change in texture or shape or anything. what is that?

Also the color of my penis is now darker than before.
