TMI strange poop. Help asap!?

Okay this is a lot of TMI.

So I just recently gave birth to my son about two months ago and I came down with hemorrhoids,Minor.

Sometimes after eating a lot of spicy foods I'll get the runs and with my luck I did. I tend to hold my poop since the hemorrhoid and the pushing can be painful so I tend to get bubble guts from all the gas I hold on. Bad I know.

But last night I had ceviche which is a shrimp cocktail and I put some chile on it which made my stomach hurt.

I got the runs pretty bad where it was greenish water. but the weird part of it is when I went to poop again it was green and runny but what felt like the poop was like a mucus pale thin poop? it really freaked me out and everything I read seems to be bad but the descriptions are never to the T to what I happened to poop out lol.

This is the first time ever my poop is usually normal and brown but today was different???

Anyone?

Have an idea

NO RUDE COMMENTS AT ALL.

My mother developed strange food allergies after giving birth to me. She used to be able to eat spicy foods too and it wouldn't do much to her. Now she can't eat spicy foods without it giving her the runs and heart burn. I don't think this is weird. I get strange poop all the time. Green poop usually happens when you eat different foods, this website is a life saver for me. http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/symptom/gr…

Your bowels might just be really sensitive right now and eating spicy foods really isn't a good idea for a while.

Green means that its the bile fluid and you digestive system is not working well. Or it could be too much iron - I get it if i take iron supplemts. But just because you recently gave birth, if it goes on for 2 day i will see a doctor.

First of all, why are you eating spicy foods if you know they're going to affect your poo? If you just eat healthier, with more fiber, less spiciness, you'll be fine. Your poop changes daily, eat some corn, and brussel sprouts, lightly salted salmon, you'll notice a huge change in your poo.
