What is the best medicine for haemorrhoid?
Preparation H
Answers:
a tube that looks a lot like toothpaste when waking up from hangover... note to self: never leave preparation H any where near a toothbrush, or toothpaste. however, it really does wake one up very quickly... also helps relieve swelling cause by gingivitis...
those hemorroids jels don't work. try taking some dayquil or nyquil (depending on what time it is). For some reason it numbs the pain. and also take short hot baths as this also numbs the pain.
wipe with a warm wash cloth with witch hazel on it
Hi Nhely,
First thing please ignore the answer that told you to take a hot bath that would only increase your problems.
You got hemorrhoids for a reason so we need to help with the pain first of all and then make sure they go away once and for all.Creams powders potions are ok on the one side just as long as you realize they are not going to get rid of your hemorrhoids for you.
To help you with the pain you need to start taking SITZ baths the correct way to do this is explained in the address in the sources section.
Ask yourself do you eat a lot of fast food if yes you need to change that and start with a high fiber diet fast food now and then is okay :-) in the source area you will find more about fiber.
You need to start some regular exercise not marathon running or anything drastic go for a 30-45 minute walk at a good pace 5 times a week if you have leg or back problems then go swimming 5 times a week.
Make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day and by that I mean 6-8 large glasses per day every day you don't want to get constipated.
I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery Peter
