my bestfriend says she has a big squishy sack of skin near her anus since like ever but it doesnt bleed or hurt or anything (so im not sure if it really is a hemorrhoid). Last time I checked hemorrhoids hurt. It's probably a boil. She needs to go to the doctor either way. And she should keep her panties on till she does.
